Marcus began his career in sales in 2015 upon graduating Iowa State University. After relocating from Iowa to Arizona in 2017, the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport marked the beginning of his career with Hilton spanning across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Night Audit, Banquets/F&B, and ultimately Sales. Since joining the Arizona Biltmore in 2019, Marcus flourished as the Leisure & Entertainment Sales Manager focusing on Wholesale, Consortia, Entertainment, and Corporate accounts.

Aside from work Marcus enjoys nothing more than spending time with friends and family. Family dinner on Sunday became tradition, and it still continues from Iowa to Arizona to this day on FaceTime!
